We also offer customised maintenance packages for bespoke websites.
We offer a flexible pricing model with no upfront costs for our Quick Start Website Packages. You pay a low monthly fee that covers the cost of your website design, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. For custom websites, pricing is based on your specific requirements, and we offer a consultation to discuss the best approach.
For our Quick Start Website Packages, we can have your site up and running within days, depending on your specific needs and the content provided. Custom website designs typically take longer, with timelines tailored to the complexity of the project.
Absolutely! Our websites are built using WordPress with Elementor, a user-friendly drag-and-drop builder that makes it easy for you to manage your site’s content. We also provide training on how to use your website, and our maintenance packages include a set number of content changes if you prefer us to handle updates.
Your website is built to grow with your business. Whether you need to add new features, integrate e-commerce, or expand your site, we offer scalable solutions. Quick Start websites and Custom websites both come with the flexibility to incorporate new functionalities as your business evolves.

Admin Support FAQs
A virtual assistant or VA is a person/contractor who provides professional administrative, technical or creative business support while working from a remote location.
Anyone. With our extensive experience in operations, office management, project management, and personal assistant roles, we understand the unique challenges faced by business owners from many industries.
VAs work remotely. There are many powerful tools to ensure effective collaboration between teams and individuals. Microsoft OneDrive is a great choice for virtual assistants who need to work on documents in a collaborative environment. It also offers version control, so that everyone can track different versions of the document, and multiple users can even work on the same document simultaneously.
No overhead costs – When taking on an employee there are costs other than salary to consider i.e. training, pensions, tax, national insurance, annual leave, sick leave, software subscriptions, payroll, and office space. Not forgetting tea and coffee!
Flexibility – You pay for the hours you need, and that is all. You can also increase or decrease the number of hours needed as and when you need to.
Productivity – You don’t pay for any downtime like coffee breaks, lunch hours, or office chit-chats. When the work stops, the clock stops.
Skillset – VAs have a large skillset with years of experience, you don’t always get this with a new employee. Sometimes you may even need to employ more than one person to fulfill the required role.
When you choose the AdminGO VA network, you gain a dedicated VA committed to understanding your business intricacies. This personal touch ensures a smooth and efficient working relationship, as your VA becomes familiar with your workflow and contributes to the growth of your business.
Our commitment to your seamless experience extends to times when your dedicated VA may be unavailable due to holidays or sickness. In such instances, another skilled VA from our network seamlessly steps in, ensuring uninterrupted support for your ongoing tasks.
While your dedicated VA is well-versed in your business specifics, we acknowledge that some tasks may require specialised expertise. AdminGO addresses this by having a diverse team of specialised VAs on hand. This collaborative approach allows you to access a broad range of skills whenever needed, ensuring no task is beyond our capabilities.
The combination of a dedicated VA for personalised attention and a broader network for diverse skills creates an efficient and resilient support system. This approach not only enhances your overall productivity but also provides peace of mind, knowing that your virtual support is both personalised and versatile.
Unfortunately not and this is the case for many VAs. We are contractors who have other clients and commitments. The best way to contact us is via email, these are checked regularly throughout the day. However, telephone and face-to-face calls can be scheduled on request.
Not at all. There is the option to work on an ad hoc basis, this is essentially pay-as-you-go. You simply let us know what task, or tasks, you need doing and we complete them. We then invoice you, for the time spent to the minute! We aim to complete tasks within 72 hours unless otherwise agreed.
Retainers work differently, you essentially bank a set number of hours for the month. If you run short one month then ad hoc hours can be added as and when. If you find this happens regularly then you can increase your retainer. Likewise, if you find you have hours remaining each month then the retainer can be reduced to suit. All we ask is that we are given one month’s notice.
Unfortunately, for many reasons, no.
Having multiple clients allows us to diversify our skills and keep up with the ever-changing technologies, as well as providing us the chance to learn new skills. Additionally, if a client were to decide they no longer require our services, we’d be left in a potentially vulnerable situation. Last but not least, the new IR35 law also prohibits this type of arrangement.
We suggest working on an ad hoc basis or with a small retainer to begin, this way we can both get to know each other’s working styles, business challenges, and requirements. Taking the time to build this foundation over a few weeks will ensure that both parties are on the same page and can move forward with confidence.
Our services are designed for maximum convenience, with a ‘pay-as-you-go’ approach. Simply reach out to us with the tasks you need help with and we’ll take care of it all. We’ll invoice you either after the work is completed or at the end of the month if multiple tasks are requested. We track the time on each task and charge to the minute. Many VAs round up to the closest 15 minutes, we do not. We’ll also provide a report detailing exactly how much time was allocated to each task, upon request. Our goal is to complete any ad hoc tasks within 72 hours, depending on the size of the agreed scope of work and other obligations. We’ll provide you with a timeline before we accept the task.
Our retainer package is an agreement where you, the client, pay a single, upfront fee, and we commit to completing as many tasks as possible over a pre-agreed set number of hours. These tasks can be agreed upon at the beginning of each month or they can be drip fed as and when they arise throughout the month.
This arrangement can be advantageous because you get the services you need on a set budget without having to worry about a bill at the end of the month. You also have the flexibility to add unexpected tasks to the list and set their priority.
Initially, we advise clients to begin using us on an ad-hoc basis or with a small retainer to get a feel for their VA working style and the requirements of the business. If additional hours are required at any time, these can be added ad hoc, however, we cannot guarantee this as we may be at capacity. Retainer hours can be adjusted with only one month’s notice (subject to availability).
Unfortunately, any unused hours cannot be rolled over to the following months.
Our Service Packages are an excellent option if you need certain tasks to be completed consistently month after month. Our two most popular packages are Email & Diary Management and Social Media Management – both of which require regular maintenance to be effective. We provide three different size packages for each, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs.
With the set price for each package, you won’t have to worry about paying extra for those busy months when your marketing strategy is working a treat. Plus, you don’t have to worry about unexpected costs. But that’s not all – if you can’t find what you need in our advertised packages, just let us know and we will be happy to help design one specifically for your business needs.
